A vRoom System issue has arisen related to previously posted files. Files will open in browsers but might not open easily in programs, e.g., Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Microsoft Word.
While the issue is being fixed, here’s what you need to know:
- Files can be downloaded normally by using either a Firefox or Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge web browser.
- For Adobe Acrobat/Reader: you can use the browser to view the document. To download the file to your system and open it with the program, please use the “print to pdf” function rather than “save as”.
- For Microsoft products: you can click “yes” to trust the document when the dialogue box lets you know about “unreadable content”
